The Saint & Soda
Intimidated by complex cocktail recipes? Just mix Saint Rhum, lime juice, and soda for an easy, refreshing drink.
- 1.5 oz Saint Rhum
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda
Mix Saint Rhum with lime juice, and top with ice. Fill the rest with club soda. Garnish with lime wedge and mint.

Classic
Ti' Punch
A French West Indies staple, the Ti' Punch (short for petite punch) can be dressed up or dressed down based on your vibe and drinking location. Make it refined with a lime disc, or muddle it up with lime wedges and honey.
- 2 oz Saint Rhum
- Lime Wheel
- Honey or Raw Sugar
Stir, swizzle, muddle, or mix the lime juice, lime wheel, and honey. Add Saint Rhum on top. Ice is optional, but generally frowned upon.

Classic
The Last Daiquiri
Riffing on a gin classic, The Last Word with rhum agricole is a fresh, herbaceous, citrus forward winter sipper.
- 1 oz Saint Rhum
- 1 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 oz Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice, and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Salmon Kill Farm Collab
The Salmon Kill Negroni
Crisp, refreshing, floral, and herbaceous. This recipe is a riff on the popular white Negroni, but winterized with rosemary, orange peel, and floral honey sweetness.
- 1.5 oz Saint Rhum
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- .5 oz Suze
- .5 oz Salmon Kill Honey
- Orange Peel & Rosemary Garnish
Add all ingredients over ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Express orange peel oil, and garnish with orange peel and rosemary sprig.

Sweet, refreshing, with a hint of spice. The Galante brings tiki complexity to an elegant Nick & Nora glass.
- 2 oz Saint Rhum
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- .25 oz Allspice Liquor
- .25 oz Grenadine
- .25 oz Lime Juice
- .15 oz Maraschino Liquor
Shake all ingredients over ice, and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with cherry and pineapple fronds.

- .75 oz Saint Rhum
- .75 oz Pineapple Juice
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz green Chartreuse
- .5 oz Velvet Falernum
Whip-shake ingredients and pour into a high ball glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint, lime, or a pineapple slice and fronds.

- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Orange Curacao
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
Shake ingredients over ice, and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon.

- 1.5 oz Saint Rhum
- .75 oz Dry Vermouth
- .25 oz Orange Curacao
- 2 Dashes Grenadine
Stir (don't shake) ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass.

- 2 oz Saint Rhum
- 1 oz Lime juice
- .75 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
Shake ingredients over ice until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime twist.

The Mojito
Rum, mint, limes, sugar... a combination not to be f*cked with. The refreshing cure for the common hot day.
- 2 oz Saint Rhum
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
- 10-12 Mint Leaves
Add mint leaves to a collins glass and gently apply oils to inside of glass with a barspoon. Add ice.
Shake rum, lime juice, and syrup separately over ice, and add to collins glass. Top with club soda, and garnish with mint and lime.
